Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to me and I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in a need to make a schedule adjustment. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Please call me on 01344 944 484 and leave a message if you're running late.

 

Our Policy:

 

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the service booked.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

 

For for session I require full payment in advice to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel and inform us over 24hrs before a full refund will be given, or you will be offered an alternative appointment.

 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
