Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy utilises hypnosis to help individuals make positive changes in their lives. By using the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. The process itself aims to alter our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while simultaneously stimulating and focusing the subconscious part.

 

This heightened state of awareness - reached using skilled relaxation techniques - allows me to make appropriate suggestions. Hypnotherapy can help with most emotional problems an individual is finding it difficult to cope with, and some physical problems can also be effectively treated with hypnosis too, such as IBS, unexplained pain, headaches and insomnia.

Initially, we would have a FREE discovery call to discuss your issue. Then in our first session, I would complete a detailed consultation to understand how long you’ve experienced this issue and life events, and then you would have some hypnotherapy. 

 

The first session would be up to 90 minutes, which will include 20-30 minutes hypnotherapy.  The following session would be 60 minutes. The session can be held online or in person.

 

Each client presents with different issues, but in most circumstances, they can be resolved within 8-10 sessions. 

 

I offer a block booking of Four sessions for £333. All sessions are paid in advance.
