Initially, we would have a FREE discovery call to discuss your issue. Then in our first session, I would complete a detailed consultation to understand how long you’ve experienced this issue and life events, and then you would have some hypnotherapy.
The first session would be up to 90 minutes, which will include 20-30 minutes hypnotherapy. The following session would be 60 minutes. The session can be held online or in person.
Each client presents with different issues, but in most circumstances, they can be resolved within 8-10 sessions.
I offer a block booking of Four sessions for £333. All sessions are paid in advance.
