We will meet for a 90-minute session online and map out where you are, where you want to be, and the obstacles in your way. You'll gain more profound clarity, a fresh perspective and a plan to take you forward.

 

A Thrive Session may be just what you need to start making the small steps to transform your life .

 

You will also understand how self doubt is holding you back and let go of unhelpful beliefs that no longer serve you.

Depending on the nature of our discussion, you may take away practices or experiments to try out between our sessions, and I'll be available to you by email, Telegram for any questions that come up over the following week.

How it works

First you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire to discover the issue your struggling with. The we will meet for a 90 minutes on zoom to uncovering the beliefs that are keeping you stuck.  Then 6 - 8 weeks later we will reconnect for supportive accountability on a 30-minute zoom call.
